Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

• Physical artworks (paintings, printed illustrations, sculptures, etc.)

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.

• The artwork must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect artwork, please email us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the item and packaging.

• After reviewing the case, we may offer a refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped or produced.
